Yes! We have a shop where you can come purchase most of our products, including some perishables that we do not currently offer online. We're located just a few blocks from the courthouse at 214 E. Victoria Street, between Garden and Santa Barbara streets. You can always call us at (805) 845-3700 if you have any questions.
Our goal is that you will love your purchases! If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it to us. Perishable items like olive oil and personal care products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Other non-perishable items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Some non-perishable items can be extended to 60 days for store credit. Items need to be returned to us in the original condition with the original packaging. Gift wrap and custom gift basket fees are generally not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. For further instructions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
While we take every care in packing and shipping your purchases, mistakes happen. If you received the wrong product or it arrives defective or damaged, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your full name and order number, a photo and a brief description of the problem (including any packaging issues, if applicable). We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

We generally ship orders 1-3 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Need your order ASAP? Feel free to let us know and we will do our best to honor your request.
We are always pleased to learn about new products, whether or not they are the right fit for us. Keep in mind that nearly all the products we carry are crafted in or near Santa Barbara and reflect the essence of Santa Barbara in a meaningful way.

Does your gift contain fresh flowers? Flowers are currently only available for local hand delivery to these zip codes.
Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box. It ships only via Fedex or local hand delivery.
