Ruby chocolate is often called the fourth chocolate, alongside dark, milk, and white. It comes from ruby cacao beans, and its rosy pink color and bright berry notes are entirely natural, with no added colors or flavors. Charles SF pairs it with dried California strawberries, so the bar tastes both sweet and tart, a little like a bowl of fresh berries and cream.
