OUR BIRTHDAY MONTH
ITS OUR FIFTH ANNIVERSARY & OUR BUNGALOW IS TURNING 100 YEARS OLD!
Our shop and online headquarters is based out of a charming craftsman bungalow, built 100 years ago in 1917. She still has most of the original moldings, built-ins and delicate fir wood floors. Each week, she is our home as we greet countless customers, assemble gift baskets, and lovingly ship to recipients across the nation.
On top of that big occasion, this October also marks our 5th year in business! We launched The Santa Barbara Company online shop from our garage in 2012. One year later, we moved into our bungalow headquarters and launched our storefront at 214 E Victoria St in downtown Santa Barbara. It's amazing to look back at how much we have grown over the last five years as a business and a mother-daughter team of two female entrepreneurs.
